Cancellation Terms

Unfortunately on the odd occasion, our plans do sometimes change and we have to cancel.

  • Cancellations need to be made by email to info@kittiesstaycation.co.uk with reference to your booking
  • If you the cat owner "Booked" me, but needs to cancel with more than 14 days notice, there will be no cancellation fee and a full refund will be given within 5 working days
  • If you the cat owner cancels 13 days or less (not incl the 72 hour notice period) before the booking starts, you will be charged 50%
  • if you cancel within the notice period, which is 72 hours for reasons you do not want to go ahead with the booking or that your holiday plans have changed or circumstance such as COVID-19. I do have the right to charge you for the service I have already provided and this will be 70% taken of the amount that has already been paid.
  • If you the cat owner cancels during a booking there is no refund or if you the client returns home early, for any reason, again no reductions or refund will be made.
  • sometimes there can also be extenuating circumstances and you have to cancel due to a death in the family, or the death of the pet, I will therefore refund 90% of what has been paid for the booking
